  I called to find out about ordering a new interior door. They sent me an email detailing what measurements they need to get a replacement. I provided the info, and didn't hear back. Then I followed-up, and he said he'd get me quotes and then no response a second time. So, I guess they don't want my money. I understand there's a pandemic, but you are terrible.

  First, the door arrived with multiple chips out of it. It also arrived the wrong stain color. So the people we had installing it requested a new one. Took two months for them to get a new one ready (apparently they had it ready for two weeks, but forgot to call and tell anyone). New door arrives, and there aren't any chunks missing, but it still isn't the right color. (Although maybe closer?) Way too dark, doesn't match the door frame at all. Oh yeah, and let's not forget that they tried to offer us $300 to keep the broken, badly colored door. If I'm spending $3,700 on a new door, frame, and side light, do you really think I want to save $300 and end up with a door with chunks missing out of it?! And just to add insult to injury, the cut out for the strike plate on the door frame is some obscure, stupid shape that doesn't exist in strike plates. It's 3-5/8th inch x 1-1/4 inch, which is normal, but the corners of the cut out are so rounded no strike plate that size fits in it!
