I have lived in upscale (expensive) apartments so I was very apprehensive especially since the apartment wasn't available to see until move in. I was pleasantly surprised. It is an older complex. The apartment is a nice size for the price. New appliances in the kitchen and elegant brushed nickel fixtures in the bathroom give it a fresh new look. This community is situated in a reasonably quiet neighborhood with great highway , shopping and airport access. Parkwood checks all the boxes. I highly recommend living here.
