  Awful experience Management has no sympathy or compaassion. Made me forfeit over 8k which included security deposit and first month and a half rent after an accident affected me moving into the property.

  Love the apartment. Not happy with the fee I am charged for automatically paying the rent. You encourage auto payment but then charge a service fee to use it. Bad business

  Great place to live. Main Street, in Downtown Auburn Hills, is within walking distance, and the Clinton River runs just behind the property! The property manager(s) have been very accommodating and made for an easy move-in.

  I have lived here since they opened and we love it here. Connie and Elizabeth in the office are always so pleasant and responsive to our needs and the maintenance team is always prompt to respond and happy to help you. The townhouse we have is great, very nice and we are happy to be here.
