  I have been getting glasses at Parkway Optical for 20+ years. I only purchased sunglasses until recently when I needed my first pair of prescription glasses and purchased a pair of office lenses. Having never worn prescription glasses, I was afraid it would be difficult to adjust. They were made so well that I was able to adjust almost immediately. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Prices are very reasonable compared to other optical shops. I have never been disappointed! I always recommend Parkway Optical to my friends and family!

  Wonderful service, they took their time and helped me find something I liked and I am a very picky person. Very nice ladies in there who were able to tell me all about the different brands and what was going to work within my budget. They don't work with insurance they told me but was able to pay with my spending account without a problem. Picked up a beautiful pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses! They had a lot to chose from and helped me get special coatings because I spend all day looking at a computer, very informative and would definitely recommend to my family and friends!!

  This place is a joke. When we went to get my mom's glasses with her new prescription from right next door, the lady said that my mom didn't have vision insurance. This was laughable since we just came from the eye doctor (next door) and had no problem with her insurance. When we said we'd be going somewhere else since the $280+ price tag was ridiculous, the lady "helping" us laughed and told us that anywhere else wouldn't know what they were doing. Needless to say, we did go somewhere else and purchased designer frames with her prescription for $6, turns out my mom's insurance did cover that and the lady at Parkway Optical didn't know what she was doing. Don't waste your time or money here.

  Terribly condescending staff and poor salesmanship makes this the most cartoonish version of a professional environment I can think of.
