  Great place to stay, in a great location if you are visiting any of the Disney parks. Supermarkets are all close by. Staff were great, rooms were clean, tidy and well stocked.

  They charged me all kinds of fees for my 3 week stay. I paid for housekeeping services and was told I would have room cleaned once a week...cleaning, towels, etc,,,this is a total lie. They came to my room first thing in the morning. I told the lady I was just getting cleaned up and could they please come back 30 minutes later. I was out of the room within 20 minutes and gone all day. Housekeeping not only Never came back, but they took all the clean sheets and towels, so I ended up having to go purchase my own cleaning supplies from Walgreens and do laundry for all towels and sheets. I tried calling the front desk but the girl that answered could not have cared less about the issue, so I went down and talked to someone claiming to be a manager. He actually told me he was aware of the situation and told me housekeeping told him I was still in the room (all day). Yet, the "manager" did not even know my name or room number. How is this place under the Hilton Flag...this place is a total JOKE! I was actually thinking about booking another short stay in November, but after this, I am going to check out early and go stay somewhere else. I am sure they will not reimburse me for the two remaining weeks I prepaid for, but that would be typical of such a low class group of rip-off artists. Anyone even considering a stay here, PLEASE reconsider and stay anywhere else!

  Superbe séjour d’une semaine fin juillet dans ce resort nous avions un vaste appartement de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec un espace cuisine salon salle à manger très bien équipé et très propre, encore mieux que sur les photos 😊 Une très belle piscine avec une terrasse aménagée de transat et un bar. Tout était vraiment très très bien si je dois revenir à Orlando je reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir dans ce resort. Part contre les horaires d’ouverture de la piscine qui sont affichés ne sont pas toujours respectées surtout le matin et ça c’est un peu frustrant quand on veut aller faire quelques brasse à 9h et que l’on trouve porte close ☹️
