Honestly I would give a 0 for this place. The AC has not been working since a year! After several complaints they said that they will put in a new hvac unit but I did not get any response from them! Overall the smell of the building is insanely bad and the hallways are alarmingly disturbing. This place shouldn't even be running the management doesn't care and I'm just hoping that they end my lease especially with the Scorching heat my apartment now is at 88 degrees and that is unlivable authorities should take action against this god forbid place!!!

Tia was absolutely & positively the best person to work with!! I absolutely recommend anyone looking into 444 to reach out to her and work with her. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed to this new apartment. I can’t wait to continue working with her!!

I have lived at this complex for the last two years and in my experience this clear case of you get what you pay for. The longer you stay the less accommodating staff will be with concerns you have about your apartment. May times when things break or damaged in my experience you're better off paying out of pocket and waiting for reimbursement. There are good amount of residents they allow in the complex that are care free of the environment in which we live and the staff have no concerns over the damage the residents do. As a result bullet holes, trash, debris and liquid substances can be found in almost every hallway, stairway, elevator and laundry room on the campus notably the parking lot and over head the garages(My View) as well. Now as of 04/12/2025 I have no access to my bathroom from water damage from another unit as well as damage from a third party contracted by the complex. Simply put you get what you pay for perks considered would be cheap rent, nice units if maintained, AC units, elevator access when operable, amenities compared to surrounding complex's considering price point is well above average, Now access to the pool/gym is at the discretion of the staff noted they are committed to leaving early so 9 to 5' ers may need to re-access if this a make or break for you. All things considered it is luxury if you put hood in front it. I might stay another year who knows. Below you will see the pictures attached for reference this the A building. RHM makes a lot of money from this complex but this may be one of the Step Children buildings as they do have really nice restate properties Unfortunately not this property as I believe the budget for this building alone interferes with why my damages done have not been fixed for my unit as well as other parts of the complex needing this. Lastly a big concern that was broadcasted on the news along side a domestic violence murder and inoperable elevators and flooding to the building was the building doors are not secure outside of the leasing office meaning all for 4 buildings are accessible to the public at anytime unfortunately. You get what you pay for.
