Everyone loved their dinners and the service was excellent! Our server, Lindsay was outstanding. Very attentive, friendly, and professional. Can't wait till we come back again!
- KKKateSep 8, 20252.0I have been coming to Parkers for a few years off and on. I will mention a few things on my last visit that makes me pause to return. First of all, why no veggies on a large plate. One entree, one side - but no greens - at all?? What would it take to throw together a light salad and add it to the plate? It's out of balance. Secondly, my server was a bit over the top in pushing me to buy a full bottle of wine on their 1/2 off Wine bottle night. I was very clear about not wanting to purchase a bottle, but she kept asking me.. not once, not twice, but THREE times - Once should be enough people. And the last piece is something that has always baffled me. Why does the owner not say hello to the customers, welcome them and thank them for choosing Parkers. I have many choices -- but it has always puzzled me that James never goes out of his way - even to say a brief hello or welcome - It's so easy... a simple, "Thanks for stopping in" would honesty go a long way. Isn't that just basic good customer service 101??? People want to feel appreciated and welcomed (not just your close friends). Try it, James- and let's see how people may actually come back as a result of your efforts.
