I had to disinfect several items and disregard others in the trash. While emptying my unit I couldn't believe all the rodent droppings & strong urine smell. I have rented storage units over the years and have never experienced anything like this!! BEWARE...

I even heard a comment on a phone call there " That unfortunately it first come first serve" That somebody already has it which was me. I remember there was young girl really tall. And she was very friendly with me. And professional. Too bad she s not there; cause she knew how to look at people. as people. not what I look like and treat people like customer s should be treated.
