- GBgladys becerraJun 11, 20255.0I love this community, the new manager and the secretary are great, they try to have an activity for the residence in the community almost every month and because of that we are getting to know each other and we have tons of fun, this is an age qualified community, is for adults 18 years and older and one person in the house have to be 55+, we have lots of neighbors that are retired in our community, and I love that they allowed their grandkids to come and visit on weekends, one other thing I think is amazing in this community, is that you can buy a property and you don't live in it for years before you rent it out like in many other places, this community is safe, is quiet and clean. I love that the houses are not to close to each other, we have enough land in between the houses and is great for privacy. I have been living here for almost 6 years and I'm happy here. One other great thing is that if you are an investor, you can buy a property fix it and sell it, you can't do that in most of the mobile home parks. this is a great place to live and it's full of opportunities.
