I had experienced a concern, and Yvette, the manager called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and made everything better. The service she provided was exceptional. She not only helped with my concern, but went over and beyond to turn everything around! All the staff are very friendly and always there to help. They have even offered services to help me and my financial situation. I am glad I am a member here and encourage others who are not, to join as well. You won't regret it. Today, I spoke with a very knowledgable, patient, kind person name, Evette and it's prompted me to want to post this review. So many times when contacting other companies by phone, agents can be rushed, non-personal, uninformed and even rude at times.
