If I am denied by the third party, that they use which I was. I get my 200 back for the admin fee and they get the 75 application. I’m so thankful my bank is going to handle this. I’m glad they sen me my proof. Y’all be very careful out here, these apartment places are started to get really greedy. You have to make sure you get things in writing from everyone involved. Who got the 75 dollar application fee that y’all got from me? That’s why you have to ready the stuff you sign. I even took screenshot of the section that stated, if you get denied what is refunded to you. Some states have laws that protect the renters. Greedy Ga is at it again. It’s going to get worse cause they acting like they don’t need people to fill the places up. Don’t be desperate. I ain’t worried thought! I thank you. You got to watch them. It has to be some kind of money they get for getting people in. I’m going to learn the scheme. Not today! Y’all not getting me. I added a pic, but thought of this, who stole my other 75 dollars? I paid yall 275 and on this statement, it says the admin fee is 175 and the app is 75 . I have yall 275 and o was told the admin fee was 200. Scamming apartment people, they everywhere. This is my response: Yall record what these people are telling yall, while yall are being friendly and thinking they are your friends at these apartment places. Yall got my 75 dollars non refundable fee. I am not calling yall; cause yall never even reached out to me during the process. I was calling the office. I owe yall nothing.
