  I wanted to personally thank Lyly S. for being such a tremendous resource during my move-out from the Paramount at Lake Eola. I was a resident of the Paramount at Lake Eola for over 2.5 years. I had to move out unexpectedly – not due to anything from the community – but rather due to issues with my ex husband my children’s school. It was quite a sad moment to be leaving and Lyly really went above and beyond in helping streamline and smooth over an otherwise incredibly stressful transition. Lyly made what seemed like a complicated and overwhelming situation much more understandable and doable, and always acted not only with professionalism, but kindness. She is truly one of the reasons the Paramount at Lake Eola was such a great place to live for me and my 2 young daughters (and my Hannah pup! 😊). I also wanted to personally thank 2 desk employees. The first is Robert. Robert was awesome. A near constant at the desk, and someone that always made me feel safe and secure in the building. Likewise, the gentleman with the early, early morning shifts- his name currently escapes me – but he wore fantastic black suits with a teal tie sometimes!. He was also a warm and welcoming face when I had to run out to walk the dog in the very early morning or leave for work far before anyone should be up. Both of them are true gems and great assets to the community! Christina

  Visited a friend here over the weekend and was disappointed. The elevators weren’t working, AC was out in some of the areas, and other residents made comments that they were sick of these issues continuing to happen. I’m not sure this is the place you would want to call home considering all of the other places in downtown.

  Living here was lovely. The office staff are incredible. The amenities are fantastic and well maintained. The pool is 12/10. The one star comes off because of two reasons. 1. The elevators are pretty bad. There are four for the entire building, but very often they will break and/or be reserved, so only one is available. The garage is locked from the inside, so you can access the stairwell from the garage, but you can’t leave the stairwell to go out to the garage. I have been late to work due to waiting for the elevator 15-20 mins, and I was unable to get to my car through any way except for the elevator. 2nd, the electricity bills here are insane. I had a two bedroom, two bath. Having an electricity bill under 200 was rare. One month I was gone and set my AC/heat off, and had no lights on. My electricity bill was around $230 that month. If you are prepared for the elevator and electrify bills, this place is lovely!!

  My spouse and I absolutely love living at the Paramount. From it’s location, spacious rooms, to their monthly social events there isn’t a thing this apartment complex is lacking in my opinion. The staff is amazing as well! In particular, Lyly, she goes above and beyond for the residents here! Every encounter we have had with her has been welcoming and genuine and any specific questions we have had, she has been able to see that they get answered! All in all the Paramount is a place I would recommend to anyone!

  A huge thanks to the entire management team and especially Lyly for all her help! I recently transferred to a new unit due to unforeseen circumstances which required an individual and expedited approach. Throughout the process Lyly was communicative, empathetic, and patient despite the stressful situation; the nature of the move did not make it easy, but her assistance made it a far smoother and quicker experience. Now I'm mostly settled in and can enjoy my peace, thanks to Lyly's help! The building's management is here to help you and approaches your issues and requests with exceptional support!
