  Came quickly after hours, excellent communications, did a good job, installed a temporary cylinder and came back with permanent cylinder when he said he would. Not cheap, but seems in line with others.

  Updating the locks on my door was as smooth as apple pie with Paragon. My locksmith, David, was prompt, efficient, and made sure I had the best in class key system. He even met me on a weekend to accommodate my schedule! Overall, would go back to Paragon for any home needs in the future, and would recommend the same for you.

  very disappointed the technician first just want to fix the hardware.* I requested the hardware to be changed.Also pricing was never shared prior to visit. No called prior to that.Visit minimum just for the visit was 300 - 109 doe service fee and then $75 to repair the cylinder hardware. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Was not planing on spending $500 🥴
