The team there is so friendly and made Nikko and myself feel happy and warm inside. They even had the inside decorated for Halloween! So cute! Each team member has a photo up of themselves with their pet which is really wholesome and makes you feel like your pet is in great hands! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. They have rescued us!!! I rescued my Pomski when she was one. My father and sister (these two were two of my favorite people) had recently passed away and I was SO depressed. I didn't even want to get out of bed. Then I rescued Kimber. She had a very difficult life, until we found each other. When three weeks old, she fell in a well and almost died. The fire department had to rescue her. She then was abandoned twice. When I got her she had such bad separation anxiety, I didn't/couldnt leave her alone. I tried EVERYTHING. Then one day I brought her to Paradise Pet Resort in Rohnert Park. She was hesitant at first. Now, she runs to the front door and doesn't even look back as I'm leaving. This has made such a difference in our lives. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND ALL THE STAFF. I am so thrilled that we found this resort. I give it 5 stars or more. You will not regret brining your pet here.
