  Today, we visited Pappasitos! This is our go-to spot for great food. Our server today was very attentive, pleasant, friendly, and made my birthday celebration a great one. The atmosphere today was relaxed and quiet. We’ve been coming here for about 15 years, and Pappasitos never fails us. Highly recommend! And server John M. 3rd was great! Ask for his section! 😊

  First time going it was cool. The only thing I didn't like was waiting for a table, and I had a reservation for two. I mean it was busy, but what's the point of reserving if I'm still going to wait anyway. The inside was big, we both didn't know the place was very spacious. Besides that the food was good and the service was even better. I believe the waiter name was Justin tall black guy. I mean he was outstanding, the best service me and my girl had in a very long time. I would recommend this place and definitely that service again.

  I have been to this restaurant a few times over the last 10 years and their is always a weird scent. It's not really a bad smell, it's like some type of cleaning agent smell. It has always been bearable up until this last visit. The smell blended in strongly with some of the food items we had. The tortilla chips and french fries slightly had the taste of the scent and the Sopapilas tasted very strongly of the scent. They were inedible. Entrees were overall good but this scent has turned me off from returning.

  We had a reservation at 6:15 PM and arrived a few minutes early at 6:10 PM. We were finally seated at 6:20 PM, which was fine, but our waitress Morella gave one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. About 10 minutes after we sat down, she briefly said she’d be our server and would “be right back.” It took another 15 minutes for her to return and take our drink order, then another 15 minutes just to get the drinks. Nearly an hour had passed before she came back to ask for our appetizer order. Later that evening, we asked for the birthday song/celebration for one of our friends, but she told us they don’t do that here — even though we had seen at least three other tables get the same celebration during our visit. When we questioned her, she was dismissive, she said she very busy and didn’t have time and by that point we were too frustrated to speak with a manager and waste more time. This was supposed to be a fun birthday dinner, but it turned into a disappointing experience due to poor service and attitude. I genuinely hope someone from management reaches out, because the tip should be refunded — she did not earn it, and this is not the level of service guests expect from Papasito’s

  I recently visited this restaurant for the first time with my husband and daughter. Although we didn't have a reservation and had to wait, our experience was well worth it. Our waiter, a tall, kind-hearted black man, was exceptionally sweet and attentive. The food took a bit longer to arrive, but it was absolutely superb and made up for the wait. As a gesture of goodwill, our waiter even treated us to dessert. I highly recommend the Grilled Quill, Beef Fajita, Grilled Chicken, and Diablo Shrimp Family Plate. We'll definitely be back. A big thank you to our wonderful waiter for making our experience even more special!
