  Small crowd. Long wait for waiter. Very blunt took order. Came back said kitchen was backed up. Been coming here for 10 years. Slowest service ever. Server was not very friendly. Love their food but after waiting 20 minutes still haven't tasted it. Time of visit was from 415 and still here at 5pm.

  First time we had been here in 30 years. Finally traveling back through that area and it was a must stop! 4th generation of the family able to eat here. Wonderful atmosphere, shared memories and new memories made! Exceptional food. The pappasito's grill never disappoints. We shut the place down.... literally the last ones out the door.

  Increíble experiencia! Desde que llegamos nos atendieron con una sonrisa y muchísima amabilidad. El servicio fue rápido, atento y siempre pendientes de cada detalle. La comida llegó en el punto perfecto, caliente, fresca y con un sabor espectacular. Realmente da gusto visitar un lugar donde uno se siente bienvenido y valorado como cliente. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo 100%.

  I did not enjoy my experience here at all on 9.27.25. The restaurant was incredibly loud. People were playing music very louding in front and wanted to be tipped for it. We walked around to several different tables before deciding one to sit at. All of the table were so close together. We even walked by a dirty booth. The worst part was the chicken in the Tacos al Carbon. It was ranci. I never send food back. I had to. It was not edible. The manager did end up switching it out for me to some cheese quesadillas. The quesadillas were not hot. I was expecting to pay for my quesadillas on my check not the rancid Tacos. Oh well, I did not want to make a big deal about it. I know I won't be returning as there are better places.

  What's not to love about Pappasito's? The food was hot and fresh as always, the server (who was so sweet) accidentally brought me unsweet tea and the manager who happened to stop by the table more than made up for it by sending me home with the to-go cup of tea, chips and salsa. Going the extra mile is what keeps my family going back time and time again. I cannot remember the name of the manager, but it was a Friday night, younger gentleman. Special shout out for being so awesome!
