  So I ordered a beef brisket baked potato and was given raw meat inside. I had to come up to return it and was told it was the fat from the meat. India who claimed she was the manager refused to give me a refund and only offered to remake. Someone can get seriously ill behind that and I just felt like it wasn’t enough care or Customer service.

  I travel a lot and hunt down burgers everywhere I go. Out of all the places I’ve tried across the country, the best burger I’ve ever had is at… Pappas BBQ. Yep, a BBQ joint. The burgers are insane—juicy beef, soft bakery buns (the best damn buns) and seasoned perfectly. The patty melt is WOW and the bacon cheeseburger with smoked bacon and melted cheese will honestly change your life. I don’t understand the magic in this burger. And the fries? Forget frozen bag fries—these are clearly fresh-cut, perfectly crispy, and seasoned so well you’ll catch yourself licking your fingers like a kid. Order double because you’ll definitely polish them off. After you’ve had the burger, I highly recommend a second visit and trying the brisket stuffed baked potato. This is another item you can add to your dinner favorites list!

  Just ordered 3 meals all bring meat, one potato and a chop beef. Didn’t receive one bbq sauce. Y’all are a bbq place, it should be basic 101 every meal get 3-5 sauces. What a waste of money. Have an issue with sauce every time I go, have to pay extra even though I spent $70 in meat?? Will not go back!!!!
