Went to celebrate a birthday. I had the Atlantic Salmon Alexander that I thought was very good. It was cooked more rare than I've ever had salmon before but still tasty. The scallops I thought were the best part of the dish but I'm partial to them. The shrimp was very seasoned which I think could have done with a bit less, in fact the general sentiment of the table was that the food was over seasoned but not so over seasoned as it necessitated being sent back. Raul the waiter was attentive and professional. One of us had a food allergy and the manager himself came to speak with us to make sure everything was sorted.

This is one of my favorite Pappadeaux locations. The food is always prepared perfectly and the staff is very attentive. The vibe here also is very chill and comfortable for a night out with family or friends.

Pappadeaux's has gotten rid of some my longtime favorite dishes, doubled the price and cut the portion sizes drastically . I don't think I'll eat at Pappadeaux's anymore. This coming from a 30 years long customer. They have priced me out the restaurant.

I want to eat during lunch by myself all the time and this Pappadeaux’s never disappoints. Their customer service is on point from the waiters and the managers they come by the table to check on you regularly and ask you about your experience. They really go above and beyond to accommodate you. And I have never once gotten my food and wasn’t happy it’s always made to perfect perfection. Keep up with the good work. I wish I could rate the service 20 stars but all I have is 5.

Attentive service from our waitress. Manager was immediately on hand when my friend's dish was not acceptable to make it right - it appears the chef is liberal adding spice to dishes that don't have it in the ingredients.
Would advise being extra careful if one can't tolerate any capsaicin.
