  I visited this place on Friday for the first time and I was so impressed, the food was amazing and the portions are huge. My waitress Desire was great and attentive, she took really good care of us, I will definitely come back here.

  First a side Caesar salad took so long to get.. finally asked to server why the delay & people by me at the bar got their full meals who ordered after me. Then Supervisor Davan Davis Had attitude with me when I told him not only did it take 25 mins for my baked potato to come out .. I stressed to not have any fat on the bacon & it came out with 4 fatty pieces. When I was gonna have it remade Davan said “I’ll do the.best I can”… I told him to just forget it because he was nice nasty about it.. control ur negative facial expressions sir! And I know they can because I’ve got it crispy before PLUS my hubby’s crawfish platter… he said to the server Kaylee repeatedly to not have anything fried.. guess wat.. crawfish came out fried. So they changed it yes but by this time the dining experience was ruined. And I’m leaving hungry and going elsewhere. The only bright light in this place is the bartender Ray-quel. .

  I always enjoy this pappadeaux’s but this time in particular made me leave this 5 star review. I normally dine it but today I wanted to eat at home, I ordered online and one of the items weren’t showing, so I gave them a call and they took care of it for me with no problem! The manager was amazing and even went online to see if he could help guide me in case I was overlooking it. I mean I genuinely don’t go to many places that go above and beyond for their customers like that and for that they will always be a five star bring all my friends and family here rating for me!

  I met my friend for an early dinner on a Friday. Everything was great. The food was delicious. I just don’t appreciate the sarcasm on the part of the waiter. I did make a comment about the wine being so expensive and the fact that they give you 5 and 8 ounce pours instead of 6 and 9 which most places give you so I told him, “Please don’t hesitate to tell the bartender to be generous.” and so from then on, he used sarcasm to prove the point that I was being cheap and I was, but he kept it up for the whole rest of the dinner. The other thing I don’t appreciate is that I specifically asked for a particular wine that I’ve had at another location, he went and brought me a Cabernet Sauvignon. It turned out it wasn’t the one I wanted, but he ended up giving me the most expensive glass they have without even consulting me. I was with a friend and I was treating and so I felt very hesitant to say anything because I just wanted to have a good time. I just don’t think that was right.

  So, we got off to a rocky start. We were seated near the restroom as requested but we waited awhile for service. The manager did come to apologize without being prompted. So that was appreciated. My guests and I had the spinach dip which was very tasty. I had the seafood platter which was good except that I asked for extra shrimp instead of oysters which I did not receive. I had to get the attention of the manager to ask what's the normal portion of shrimp and what is deemed extra, he advised me and I did receive the extra momentarily. My only qualm is had I not asked, I would not have received what I was paying $41.00 for. I attached pictures. My waiter's name was Cannon he was nice and attentive.
