    The restaurant is nothing like what it used to be. The food is nothing like what it used to be. My food came out cold originally and had to send it back. Some selections are no longer available which was sort of a disappointment. Some guests were treated better than others. I honestly was disappointed I didn’t just go to Ruth Chris tonight.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen – Marietta, GA 🍤🍹🦐 I ordered my go-to shrimp and grits, and of course, you have to get the infamous Swamp Thing! Both were absolutely delicious — large portions and full of flavor 🤤🔥 I wish I remembered our waitress’s name because she was super nice and made the experience even better. It wasn't really crowded for a Sunday evening, I guess it was game day. — this place normally stays busy!     Customer service has taken a huge hit and I am disappointed that servers want these tips but they don’t put in the effort. Not all but some. I was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to resolve an issue of them over charging my credit card. First I spoke with Kai(female) who answered on the to-go server’s extension and she left me on hold called to the hostesses extension Neicy same thing. My question is how does this get resolved if no one is willing to do their job? Where is the customer service, that customers don’t get but are expected to tip no matter what. The tips are based on service the server got a tip in addition to me over paying for food that I did not even receive in my order. Very disappointed in this restaurants service and the leadership. No one ever picked up the line and said anything.

    My mom and I visited the Pappadeaux location in Marietta on September 21st, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We sat at the bar — I ordered a frozen strawberry daiquiri–type drink (can’t recall the exact name), and my mom ordered the Swamp Thang. Both drinks were extremely syrupy and overly sweet, with little to no alcohol taste, yet each cost around $15. For food, I ordered the Rockefeller oysters and the seafood fondue dip. We both ate two oysters each and shared the fondue dip. Shortly after leaving, I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, including nausea, diarrhea, sweating, and a severe headache. Once I got home, the symptoms intensified, and my mom began to feel the same way not long after. The only thing we had consumed earlier that day was coffee, so it was clear the reaction came from our meal at Pappadeaux. My mom called the restaurant to inform them of what happened. The manager stated that no other customers had reported similar issues but said he would speak to corporate or suggested that we contact corporate ourselves. It’s now been several days, and we still haven’t heard back from either the manager or corporate regarding this matter. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially given the restaurant’s reputation. I hope Pappadeaux takes this feedback seriously and ensures better food safety and communication with customers moving forward.

    Had a horrible experience here celebrating a wedding anniversary. It took us hours to get our food . When we got our food it was barely warm,not fresh and lacked seasoning.The server was polite and did her best but the management was very rude and unprofessional and paid very little attention to the tables and were doing nothing to support wait staff . We were not checked on at all even though several members of management walked by . Our only interaction with management turned out to be unprofessional and lacked warmth . After sitting in the restaurant for nearly 3 hours I asked a member of management to handle the check and was met with a very rude response. I won’t be back .
