  I had the redfish and it was perfectly cooked, lots of flavor. The hibiscus non-alcoholic drink was great too. Service is quick and kind.

  Stopped in at Pappadeaux in the Houston airport. I travel. A lot. If you know a better airport restaurant, ANYWHERE, please let me know. I ordered an off the menu item, Blackened Redfish with Crawfish Etouffe and it just blew me away. Served with their dirty rice and green beans (even those were good) it was a hard 5. Thank you for the best meal Ive ever had in an airport and a meal that would fit in any fine dining restaurant I've ever dined in. Pappadeaux, you are fantastic!
