  All in all the food is pretty good, but their tacos are definitely not up to the level of surrounding places like Banditos or Tolteca. Horchata is lacking a little flavor, but generally everything else is consistent from food to service. Best thing on the menu is the carne asada nachos, more than enough for 2 people to share

  We come here for lunch (almost) every Taco Tuesday. They give you an extra taco with a regular order and we always leave satisfied for only around $25 total. Pez at the bar is our regular server and has all the best recommendations. Try the Carnitas crunchy tacos and make sure to get the Picosa salsa.

  Ate lunch at Papi's while in town looking at apartments. Amazing food and another reason we are looking forward to living in Maryland.

  Just what Towson needed....Great tacos and margs! Highly recommend the Carnitas tacos, Birria, and Chicken enchilidas.
