  Steve and his crew did a wonderful job on my elderly father’s property. Not only did their work look terrific, they were extraordinarily patient and kind to my dad as he walked around and (I’m pretty sure) tried to tell them which branches to cut, etc. I felt like the project was in good hands, and my dad was as well. Highly recommend.

  Excellent response time and fast, quick service. I needed a silver maple trimmed (was growing over the neighbor's house) and a small pine tree (diseased) removed. I called Tuesday morning, got a call back Tuesday night, and on Wednesday, Steve and his crew showed up as they got done with another job early. Prompt, quick, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves meticulously. I can't recommend Papendeick's enough and will absolutely call them first whenever I need an arborist!

  We had an old silver maple drop a tree trunk sized limb on our house on a Sunday we called over a dozen arborist numbers trying to get help, because it fell on the roof near where my mum sleeps, and was keeping our neighbors from being able to use their side door or gate. We were especially concerned because it was still hung up and there are families with small children on both sides. It was great to have someone actually call us back, and work with us on getting the emergency taken care of, and recommend companies with a crane for the additional work we had to have done. Very kind and professional.

  Excellent communication and customer service. Steve and his crew were able to safely remove a very tall sweet gum tree from my back yard. No access for trucks so he got an amazing climber over to get the job done. I highly recommend them!

  If you are going to cut a vehicle off, while you are driving a truck hauling a chipper, then proceed to cut across two lanes of traffic on the salem bridge during rush hour traffic, maybe you try driving like that WITHOUT your business name on the side of the truck?
