  They have good food but you never get all your food when you order to go. They dont care either they have never offered to make it right. If you say anything they look at you like your stupid and pretty much ignore you.

  Highly recommend!! Food was absolutely AMAZING! Service was expecially amazing. Our waitress reviewed the history and the menu and answered our questions thoroughly! Again highly recommend this restaurant. Not outrageously expensive but great food!

  Asked for dressing on the side, but it was on the salad. Too much dressing. Husband ordered shrimp linguine and no shrimp.

  Papa Frank's is an excellent Italian comfort food restaurant! I was in Springfield on Saturday for a funeral. I found out that under a very short notice that Frank's had taken on the task to feed the grieving families on a Saturday afternoon with a buffet style meal of Italian favorites and salads. I cannot thank your staff enough for the kindness, consideration, and understanding of the "family of the thirteen!"
