- KKKelleyJul 31, 20251.0The guy at the register was nice and seemed willing to help but almost every item on the menu had either one or more ingredients that had to be either removed or exchanged for something they actually had in stock. They seemed to be out of a lot of stuff to be able to serve any item off the menu.

I have always loved this particular location but this last visit it seemed like the employees did not want to be there. They were hostile if anything and not a single smile amongst anybody. Now I get it I’m assuming that something probably happened. Maybe I’m gonna get yelled at or there was an issue that concerned everyone I don’t know, but I hope that the next time I go back is better because if this is a regular occurring condition with the new staff here, I’m not coming back. There’s plenty of Panera Bread in the area. I’m not gonna go to the one where I’m treated like a nuisance instead of a customer.

- DKDominic KimJul 10, 20251.0Where to begin. So many things wrong with the store. I went there 30 minutes before work and ordered, but I couldn't figure out my rewards. So I asked an employee, who didn't know what to do, so they got a manager. She didn't know what to do; all she said was, "Order with the cashier next time?!" REALLY?!? And then, while waiting 25 minutes for a sandwich, one of the employees forgot about my coffee and how to constantly ask. Finally, when I asked for my food ,when they said it was ready, I went, and it wasn't there?!? I asked, and they had a dumbfounded face and were silent for about 2 minutes. At this point, I'm already late for work, and I'm already frustrated. I've been to many Panera locations but never got this service ever. So thank you, Panera, for wasting my time for nearly 30 minutes and making me late for work. Your establishment needs a whole new batch of employees because it seems this batch is a defect. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEGENERATE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
