- AHAdam HarriffMay 20, 20252.0Every time I come to this location I tell myself it’s the last time but don’t stick to it. I usually order for pickup. The order is never ready and waiting even if I have an email that says it is. Today I walked in and waited several minutes at the pickup counter. No ready orders in sight and after being ignored for several minutes I finally called out to get the attention of the staff. Turns out my order was ready, with no name on it and still behind the counter. They had to open the bag and look to confirm what was in it though, they weren’t even sure. Things like this have been the norm the last year or two. Very disappointing and I’m not sure why I keep coming back other than it being a convenient location for me.
