  My husband and I stopped here for lunch today and ordered from their kiosks to eat-in. When his order was called he went to grab it and didn’t receive a cup for his drink like I had. He went up to the drink counter looking for a cup and then up to the counter to ask and the three people behind the counter were all on their phones not paying attention. He then had to reach across the counter to grab his own cup and fill it up. This typically isn’t too bad as it happens- but there’s more. I then am eating my food and notice a few black dots around my soup bowl. I lift it up and there is an abundance of seeds, grains, etc that made it obvious there was no way my plate had been washed before being used again. They had covered the side my sandwich was on with napkins to hide the other crumbs among the plate.. When in food service- even if the dish is just to carry other dishes, it should absolutely be washed and that’s widely known. Not only due to contamination, but you never know what someone may be allergic too- especially seeds. So I was shocked to say the least that I was served food on a dirty dish.. Unfortunately will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

  Was great as always, manger was great taking care of a small miscommunication my part. Tried the new street corn soup will bo that again. Thanks
