  This restaurant needs cleaning. It felt dirty. Very slow to get food and they weren't busy.

  The manager does not know how to do her job and they are behind on everything. Ordered one sandwich and after waiting 50 minutes one of the employees came out and asked what I wanted on the sandwich. Just save your time and head to frandor Panera. Worst experience I had in a restaurant. Will never come here again.

  the expo later working on 10/08 sucks very bad she needs to be out on dishes or drive thru expo is not where she needs to be she’s very slow and obviously not up for that spot specially bc it wasn’t even that busy very slow and forgot one of my items after waiting forever and was just complaining whole time about her job and the bread bowls to exact and then suddenly they don’t have one for my order when i seen her grab 3 and only bag 1 up but anyways moral of the story don’t come here they suck

  Genuinely have never written a review before but this is literally the worst Panera Bread I have ever been too. Me and my friend ordered bread bowls there. While we were there the girl upfront in the window was complaining about how many bread bowls she had to make." My friend got her bread bowl and my order was the order called off directly behind her. Conveniently they didn't have enough bread bowls. To make up for it they gave me 2 hard ah pieces of bread. On top of that they forgot my boyfriend's sandwich. It's extremely frustrating when you pay almost 11$ for a bread bowl and soup, and just because your employee was to lazy to make it I don't get it. This is an embarrassment of an establishment, and needs new management immediately. Gladly will never be coming here again.

  I am absolutely bummed! This place is a mess. The one here in Lansing Mi by target. You all should be ashamed of your work ethic. Making people wait 20 minutes for their food. The service is lacking serious courtesy and people skills. Teenagers and management are terrible. Almost always missing my items I am paying a pretty decent price for. And going home to find missing items of a terribly made sandwich that looks like slop!!! Trash! Please CORPORATE! Just go ahead and drive through undescized and order at 12:00 or 1:00. And see the representation of your company falling incredibly short. I love Panera. But this one needs to have jobs taken away and replaced with staff that has people skills and actually can keep up and REMEMBER THEIR OWN MENU!! Corporate do something! Sincerely Amanda Bliss
