Both orders were done on time and all my customizations were honored. I found both orders to have used fresh vegetables, with an ample amount of ingredients. The bread was fresh. My dietary restrictions driven customizations were all accurate on all orders. There was a stand out customer service moment when I was called by the store to confirm a duplicate order I placed. The employee was courteous and efficient. I use Panera across the US and have never had a store call to confirm this. I’ve often just had the second duplicate order not prepared as they assumed it was an error. The location is clean and well laid out both inside and on the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely return to this location.
