  Why did they change something on these shortbread with icing cookies. They come frozen and waxy type taste. They should of just left those cookies alone. No wonder why I can get those cookies anytime because they change they made they do not sell out before 12pm like they normally do. Key changes to Panera's cookies include: Frozen, pre-decorated cookies: In some cafés, the traditional sugar cookies that were iced in-house have been replaced with frozen, pre-decorated cookies. New icing: Customers have reported that the icing on the new cookies is "waxy" or "solid," unlike the softer frosting used previously. New decorated shortbread cookie: In addition to the long-standing Kitchen Sink and Chocolate Chipper cookies, Panera introduced a new shortbread cookie with white chocolate icing and sprinkles. Different taste: Reactions to the flavor of the new cookies are mixed, with some comparing it to circus animal cookies, while others have been disappointed

  All I can say is I payed $15 for what my photos show. They will never receive another dime from me ever. This was the cheese streak sandwich and Mac and cheese

  Worker TIFFANY showed a lot of attitude and was very rude. The chair was dirty and sticky so I asked for it to be clean. She then left it wet so I asked for it to be wiped down. She was not happy. How dare I ask her to do her job 🤣🤣🤣 great food tho

  The food is as usual great, but the place was loud due to the high ceiling and very little sound baffling.

  It looks super modern and cold. The chairs were uncomfortable.
