  Coffee lukewarm and burnt, and the drive thru operater never gave me my change, granted it was only a few cents. Never assume I'm letting you keep my change! First and last time here. Overpriced, poor quality and crappy service.

  EDIT - it’s now been 30 minutes and finally got my food after a lady who was 5 orders behind me got hers!!! I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for more order. The workers are slow as hell! Seen the drive through guy walk out 4 orders the whole time over waited and was walking like he was in no big hurry. Sane pace for the people making the food. No manager in sight!!!

  You would think that all the Paneras are the same. I used to think that until I visited this one...never again! I ordered a sandwich and I got an awful salad instead. My soup was almost cold. I didn't see a single student 😂. No wonder why.

  Drive through is so slow. Not.many cars in front of me for a 15.minite wait in line. They should have people with a order that is long to pull aside to serve others love panera but this is off my morning stops.ba

  Stopped at this Panera around 4:30 today, first time at this location. It wasn’t busy at all, but every table was dirty, the floors, drink station, and trash area were a mess too. I had to wipe my own table just to sit. When I grabbed my food, I saw into the kitchen and it looked just as bad. Plenty of staff were on shift, but no one seemed to be cleaning. Food wasn’t great either—sandwich barely had any sauce and my mac and cheese bowl had red residue on it like it wasn’t even washed. For a Panera in such a nice area, I expected better. Pretty disappointing, and I won’t be back.
