- ASAngela Sanchez6 days ago1.0The one star has nothing to do with staff. I went twice and ordered a 'GRILLED' cheese sandwich and got a hot chesse sandwich. Don't call it a grilled cheese if all you do is stick it in the microwave. It's called a grilled for a reason!
