  Some items in my drive through order were missing had to rush back to the office so I didn’t have time to check the bag when they handed it to me :( called Panera and the employee asked if I’d like to go back to pick it up or she can save my receipt for the next time I’m in. I asked for a refund then she offered to deliver it instead. Order was delivered to my job with some pastries. Thank you!!

  I came to California two years ago and met Panera. It's made up of truly wonderful people. It's one of the few places where I feel comfortable. I'd like to thank all the employees for their hard work.🤗

  It is great store and delicius food. The staff provides excellent service and is friendly. I have been here for 3 years and I am glad I got to know these people. I love panera bread

  The food is absolutely delicious. They are fresh. The sandwiches and the salad are impeccably delicious. The soup is outstanding.

  I ordered the harvest medley salad with chicken. To my dismay rather than the grilled white chicken breast normally get on their other salads, this was rib dark meat. It tasted salty and like over processed chicken. For the money it was awful. I liked the rest of the salad and will ask for grilled chicken the next time. My partner had their Chicken salad sandwich on xtra toasted sourdough which is his favorite.
