I have gone to this location 3 times since they have opened and let me tell u never again 1st time they took 20 mins just for 1 sandwich, then the 2nd time they didn't give me the right food, and then the 3rd time the sandwich I got was gross and they didn't even give me and my husband our whole order, so I strongly suggest people not to go to this location unless u want crap service and ur order not right or maybe a very long wait. And it was drive thru
Mayra order through UberEats, chose a fast delivery paid extra for it. Total order came out for $43. Estimated delivery was 20 minutes then 30 minutes. I’m a trucker. I could not wait for so long at the place where I was parked and I was getting late so I had to cancel the order and they charged me $30 for canceling the order. I’m not even getting the freaking food. They keep changing that delivery estimate time and order preparedness which messes up peoples time. Thank you very much Panera Bread for stealing 30 bucks for me and not even give me the food that I have ordered.
Something needs to change at this Panera from the top down. The drive thru took 25mins for only 4 cars to be in it. This experience took soo long for food my child soiled herself in our car seat. When we finally got our order; I was assured it was correct by a rude young lady at the drive thru window as she shoved the bag into my window. When I drove off I noticed the bag was wet. Thank God I checked the bag! The soup lid was off and half of it spilled in the bag, my truck and myself. Great soup lid tightening training from Panera Bread. Reminds me of McDonald's coffee. Upon further investigation of the sloppy mess I noticed a sandwich was missing. I paid for it. Why did Panera Bread withhold my sandwich I wondered? So I went inside and was meet with a group of clueless high school students and their coward of a manager. This gentleman wouldn't even speak to me to resolve this issue and I assume spent most of his time crying in the back office. This leadership was concerning. His eyes were very bloodshot and he acted very jittery as he hide behind the assistant manager. I'd like to mention the assistant manager of this location handled the situation perfectly. The manager did nothing but disappear. I encourage everyone in the area of Spanish Spanish Panera Bread to rethink your meal plans after reading this. There are better options.
Without a doubt the worst Panera i have ever been to. My sandwich was all wet and gross, they were basically kicking us out the whole time we were there. They couldn’t take our order because the cash register did not work. And the staff looked like they just woke up, shirts hanging out, pants sagging, the manager walking around like we as customers were irritating him, I am never coming back here. The sad part, I love Panera, but this place is horrible.

The place is new, as in just opened this month. Of course its nice inside. We figured it was close to us so give it a chance.
We ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 kids mac n' cheese. The sandwiches were decent. The kids mac came with a piece of bread which was super hard. When my son refused it i tried it and its safe to say the ducks in the Sparks marina wouldn't eat it either.
The price is absurd. I would expect ~$25 for the whole meal (~I0 pre sandwich maybe $5 max for kids mac n cheese); not even close. I don't know what gold mine this food comes from but $40 for two sandwiches and a small cup of mac n cheese. Notice i didn't mention any drinks or other sides. We only got the basics.
Thats crazy. The cost ruins it for us. We don't mind going out, but for bread, soup, or simple mac n cheese, the value just isn't there for us.
