- WRWilliam Robinson2 days ago3.0We have been getting donations on Saturday nights for the past several years. Recently, we assume their rules for the donations changed but we were never notified. On a couple occassions over the past month, we ran into issues with someone else getting the donations. On last visit, the other recipient demanded "THEIR" bread back by pounding on the window when our female volunteer representative got there first and picked up the donations. So far the store has been uncooperative in helping to resolve the issue. I had ordered a plaque to present to their manager, but I keep getting the run around when trying to make contact. We are extremely disappointed with the services at this point.

Even i told him that kids can hear him. That doesn't stop him. Plus it all was in front of his supervisor! It's unacceptable!!!

- ALAnne ListOct 12, 20251.0The restaurant was empty. No lights, no movement, no cars in the lot. I thought it was closed. I ordered a turkey and cheddar. I was told there were no greens for the sandwich except arigula which I agreed to. Please look at the photo. It was gross. There was very little lunch meat turkey. I was expecting real sliced turkey which other Paneras I have frequented used. Very disappointing. I used to enjoy Panera. Do the different locations use different qualities of ingredients? I will try another location. I'm a "member" and have enjoyed many other items in the past. Thanks, Anne

They just slap food together just to mark the order as ready and the workers seem absent minded when orders are placed. This location should be replaced by another restaurant that can properly serve the community.
