- GMGala MininaSep 7, 20251.0That experience was very disappointing!!! My husband and I come to this Panera restaurant on Rand rd almost 4 ears. It’s close to our house and we loved brunches here. However!!! This time it was disgustingly! 1. No sanitizer anywhere. I’ve asked, and got a reply as “we no longer have it”. 2. All my dishes were greasy! (The reason why I asked sanitizer first). 3. It was 10 am! No coffee. At all. All coffee pots were empty and it wasn’t crowded inside, but costumers waited around coffee table. I really loved this place, but after that experience, unfortunately, we have to looking for an another brunch place. Panera should give better training to their staff!
- LMLarry MartinSep 6, 20253.0Parking lot is small, drivers enter at a high rate of speed and it’s difficult to navigate with others parking, exiting and looking for spots. Cashier was very nice. Only had coffee but it was ok Table was dirty and some customer was watching YouTube videos at a high volume….
