  Hello, Today I picked up my order at Panera Bread 2868 Chapel Hill Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135 and the woman who attended me was rude. She did not speak to me respectfully and her attitude made me feel uncomfortable. I have always enjoyed Panera, but this experience was very unpleasant. I hope you take my feedback into consideration to improve customer service at this location. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.

  they always forget something in the order, the drinks are watered down for pickup orders you can tell they made them as soon as the order came in, and if you have a pickup order and show up 3 minutes early? they’re gonna make you pull around, meanwhile they’ll happily serve people who order at the window with no issue. I feel like a pick up order should be picked up a little faster and a little faster, yes? bad panera location, not coming back to this one.

  I ordered a whole Tuna sandwich at the drive-thru. I waited over 5 minutes for my sandwich. The young lady apologized and said they gave me two halves. I should have checked it. When I got home I had half a tuna sandwich and half a turkey sandwich. When I called to discuss this, a young man answered the phone and had an attitude. He accused me of calling last week. He ask if I would give him a chance to rectify the problem. When I told him go ahead. He hung up. Very unprofessional. I then called back nine times. The workers kept hanging up. A manager finally asked and rectified to issue. Her name was Shaniqua. This is not the first time I had issues with my order. They are awful. The young people are not paying attention.
