  Skip it. Kiosk only, kiosk doesn't work. I was told to ask at other window for help, 6 people waiting, 4 of them told me my wait was long. We left, never to eat at this Panera again.

  Terrible. Waited in the drive thru line for thirty minutes before could even order then told when got up there that would be another twenty minutes to get food. So had to sit in drive thru for one hours with no food for my lunch break. Real wonderful service

  I have probably been to Paneta over 100 times in at least 5 different states. I go there when I travel because it is fast and the Food is healthy and freshly prepared. Today was the first bad experience. It took 30 min to get Food. My salad was missing the chicken. They did offer to remake but I didn't have time for that. No apology, just handed me the chicken in a cup. The wheat berries on the salad were in a frozen clump! I will not visit this Panera again

  I won’t be coming back. Long wait lines in the drive thru (which I can understand— it was lunch time so I get it) but what I don’t understand is how my order can be missing a side for an almost $20 meal. Ridiculous.

  I kid you not, I had to cancel my order after almost ONE HOUR waiting for my food - and I was not the only one. Staff was clearly overwhelmed and unsure how to deal with the situation. Service has been worsening over the years but this was enough, I’m never returning again.
