They ran out of large cups. Not sure why, but this is unacceptable when we prepay for sip club benefits.

Every time I have been through the drive through at the Panera in Cheyenne, it takes at least 10 minutes in the drive though to get my order, and every worker I have encountered are extremely standoffish and rude. Today was my final straw, as I waited 10 minutes in the drive through, only to receive my overpriced sandwich as the WRONG ORDER.

My husband and I went in to this restaurant and ordered 2 bowls if Chicken noodle soup and one sandwich. The sandwich was good, but the soup was a failure. It was 2 noodles, a couple pieces of chicken and a few carrots. It would have been better if it came from Progresso. It was probably the bottom if the pot. The servings were small and they were a bowl that was probably a cup for $12 each. Toby realized the lid came off one of them as the bottom of the bag was wet. Yea Toby. We are not residents and were traveling, so this was a big disapointment. I really wanted soup as I was getting sick with a cold. Don't eat this after lunch.
