- RRRebel Rose1 day ago5.0Please don't let the negative reviews scare you away. I don't understand why so many people hate on this place. I'm extremely picky with what and where I eat and I think the Medford Panera Bread location is great. I've ate here many times and it's always very good. The food is tasty and as advertised, the place is clean, and service is fast and friendly. 5 stars from me!

Food was “fine” - had a chicken avocado sandwich - small amount of chicken and bread was not “fresh” but it was fine. Ok for a quick bite on the road but not as good as other full scale Panera’s - slightly healthier than traditional fast food restaurants but in the same class.

They quickly prepared our full order on the spot, and even went above and beyond by providing extra plates and utensils that weren’t part of the original order. The team was friendly, courteous, and handled the situation under pressure with professionalism. Everyone loved the food—it was fresh, high quality, and a big hit. I’ll definitely be back!
