I’m really disappointed with my recent experience here. I believe the woman I spoke to was the manager, and she was extremely rude when I simply asked about my order. She responded with an attitude, saying, “Oh, you gotta wait, I’ll tell you when,” which was completely uncalled for. I had already been waiting over 23 minutes, and during that time, I saw other customers—who ordered after me—being served before me. I used to really like this place, but lately the customer service has gone downhill. The staff act like they’re better than the customers, and it’s honestly unacceptable. This kind of treatment makes it hard to want to come back.

This panera is located at a hospital. The manager is extremely nasty. They made a mistake with my order and refused to accept their mistake. I will never go back to any panera again. On top of that the food is not fresh. Horrible experience.

There is no service. If you want something that is in the display case right in front of you you have to scroll through a screen to order it. Once you place your order (no receipt provided) your name is printed in 1 inch page so inappropriately for everyone to see sitting on the counter. It is so sad that this establishment represents the only option for food in the hospital - it’s a heartless space with user inefficiency and while I was there for 10 minutes, three people walked out, not wanting to deal with the screens. Note all the workers were changing shifts when I was there on one of my last visits and I overheard one girl say to the other, why should we come in on time and we’re not even treated as necessary.
