Though I would have preferred a dine-in location, a place where me and.my wife could eat and drink and do our school work, I've really come to appreciate this place. I order here quite frequently. Of the several dozen orders I've placed, only one has had missing items. In this event, I was quickly credited for the entire meal, which, to me, represents a very solid model for customer service. All in all the food and service is exceptional at this location and I will continue to give this Panera location my patronage.

I was upset and it ruined my day. apparently they have no idea how to make a simple sandwich. i wanted a bbq cheddar chicken. They gave me a gross cheesesteak with peppers. Disgusting. I threw it out. Gave me diarhea. Never going to this disgusting place again. got me sick for hours.
