They’re hanging out in the back and not greeting their customers or taking orders. They left you to do it at a kiosk, which takes 1 million times longer.

I also got a sandwich which I specified extra cheese sauce on and they put none at all. Sandwich was also very small. Overall here you pay more than fast food prices for food that's about the same quality as fast food but somehow also end up with less food.
