Anyway we order two bagels cream cheese on the computer screen. Ten minutes later a single untoasted bagel comes out. We ask the girl behind the counter can we please have the two toasted bagels we ordered? She grabs the bagel back and then 10 minutes later comes again with a single bagel. Although the bagel was good it seemed to be way more of an involved process than it should have been. I don't blame the girl behind the counter 100 percent. Corporate or whoever is making the management decisions needs to add another employee or two to make sure things are running smoothly. It appears they have an absolute skeleton crew running this place
