    The bathroom was nasty food cacked to the counter and floors, in the eating area there was food all over the floor and the seats were super sticky and disgusting not to mention the tables. I'm sorry I usually love panera but wow was this bad.

    This is by far the dirtiest Panera I think I have ever been in. The mens restroom's and how nasty they are is what lead to this review. I like to wash my hands before I eat and it left me with a feeling of disgust. The urinal and sink looked like they had not been cleaned in MONTHS. There were so many paper towels on the floor it was amazing. I would hate to think that level of dirtiness is in the kitchen as well. It will probably be my last visit for some time.

    I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I just had a terrible experience at this location. We ordered a bowl of chicken wild rice soup & they gave us the broccoli cheddar soup. I was kind of sad because I’m sick & was excited for the chicken soup. What really was upsetting was the hair that was in the sandwich my partner was eating! I’ve worked in restaurants my entire life life, I know things happen... So, I call: Cashier: hello 😑 Me: Hello! 😊*explains what happened* Cashier: 🥱😒 yeah, well… the guy making the sandwiches practically has no hair 🧑‍🦲 sooooooo what are you trying to say??? What do you want me to do about it? Me: Well, while he may have little hair, hair can land onto the sandwich from his sleeve or something like that. Plus, I didn’t get the soup I ordered. Cashier: 😒Okayyy??? And I’m not sure what you want me to do about it? Me: 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 - Ended up speaking with the manager and they said they can replace it. I told him that I live in Raleigh & my partner picked this up for me on his way home from work because I’m sick. So, they want me to drive back another day. But I don’t even live over there.

    First time coming to Panera Bread & I’m standing in front of them . I didn’t know they have a special place for pick up. I ask the guy who attended me how long it would take bc he would just look at me & not say anything. I told him it was my first time so I didn’t know he didn’t even apologize or said anything. I was looking forward to bringing my family there but never mind. Very rude !

    Just ordered from here September 26th, 2025. BBQ Chicken sandwich was half chicken fat. How is anyone supposed to eat that? The Chicken noodle soup was all stock, 3 noodles, 2 tiny pieces of chicken. Only one sandwich we ordered was ok. The squash soup was fine. But the annoying part is the first time I called someone answered and hung up. Second time I received the most nonchalant "idgaf" attitude and that they can replace the food when I just said I'm 10 minutes away after the major screw up. Sorry, I can't trust you to replace the food now, there clearly isn't a care for service today. The right way to handle that was a refund. Panera really has gone downhill.
