  TJ is an amazing asset to this company. They had mess up our order but came back days later and TJ made it right. I want thank PB for bringing this great place to eat in Kyle.

  Horrible service, never again! Got home only to find that one of our sandwiches was not complete and one of the bags that’s was supposed to have a salad only had bread.

  Stopped to get my wife some dinner, saw something that caught me eye and thought that looks good! Got it home, (drive-through was super quick) and my wife love it.

  Front worker who was a young girl at the register was not friendly, little to no communication, seemed not happy to be there, and had a whatever kind of attitude. I placed my order at the kiosk and asked for the cups for my 3 drinks (one was a pomegranate hibiscus tea which I did mention when asking for the cups) and I didn't see that particular drink at the self serve drink area so I went back and let her know and she said "they make that drink in the back" and I said okay so I probably don't need this extra cup then and she said well there's a trash can over there where you can toss it.. To make things worse, a small roach crawled across the table while we were eating and I grabbed it with a napkin and asked for a manager and showed her and she said "that's weird, we don't even have roaches" but yet there was roaches crawling across the table. Very bad experience overall. Food taste also was not the best. Will never recommend it to anyone and will never eat here again.
