- KKKaiaOct 12, 20251.0They often get my order wrong, run out bagels and when they close for maintenance they often forget to disable the ordering app, so when I come get my food I realize is close so now I have to waste time of my lunch to go elsewhere. Also making sure I get my refund for the order I never got is so inconvenient.
