- FFFredSep 14, 20252.0I have held off reviewing this store for a while because it's pretty new. However it seems like the issues we've had are endemic to this location. Every time we've been there, there has been something gross. Standing water, flies, bathroom issues, etc. The service is usually pretty decent when you can get it. Panera has turned largely to a model where you don't interact with people. You enter your order into a computer and it appears at the window. Makes the service hard to review. Finally, the food is very mixed. Portion sizes at Panera have shrunk, and the classic asiago cheese bagel has about a third of the cheese on it that it usually used to. See picture. It's a decent location, and the people are nice, but the negatives are adding up for Panera.
