I place an order on their kiosk and wait close to 30-40 mins for my food for the cook to say sir are you waiting on an order? When you can clearly see my name on screen in the waiting area, and they say you have no order. I then show them my name on the screen and they still telling me I dont have an order. Then they ask for a receipt know darn well their kiosk does not print receipts. I miss my whole lunch hour and now have to go back to work hungry. No regard for people and they didnt even feel bad or try to find a way to compensate me. Just horrible experience never again
