I placed an order here by mistake instead of a location close to my home. The order was ready for pick up when I realized the mistake. I called the store manager and just asked her to take care of the food so that it doesn’t go waste. Instead she gave me a full refund. I was not expecting this and I truly appreciate the gesture. Thank you Panera and the people involved !

Most days I also love the drive thru, but these last two times it has been a different experience. People are super nice. But the wait…. They need to come up with another system. I ordered my drink thru the app and went to pick it up. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. One suggestion would be for larger drive thru orders, which were the two in front of me, have them pull up to a spot while they wait.
